Try visiting them one by one using speedboat. No need to waiting for the boat to full, no need to pay for the private transfer if you only 1-3 persons. Even if you're coming to the island using airplane, we have speed boat transfers from Bangsal (Lombok) to the 3 Gilis. No need to worry. For shuttle transfers, we have fixed schedules.
