A unique workout session with equipment made of wood, river stones and rope. The gym has wooden machines to train your back, dip stations, benches and dumbells. Also a battle rope, truck tires and monkey bars are available. A big yoga deck provides enough space for ground exercises, stretching and yoga. Classes and icebaths/sauna recovery sessions are available based on schedule and availability.
